PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) monitoring and searching system, when encountering a scene required to use the AED, allowing a person (AED arrangement client) who wants to use the AED to specify an installation place of the AED and acquire whether the AED is in a surely usable state or not.SOLUTION: The AED side includes a terminal that, upon a request of a person (AED arrangement client) who wants to use the AED, acquires information of the AED being present near (in the vicinity of) a person for whom the AED is actually used (a side where a person in need of rescue is present) and transmits it to a monitoring center side.
