PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve automation of an extrusion operation by a gas drive without an increase in size to facilitate an extrusion operation to improve operability.SOLUTION: A noodle making toole includes: a cylindrical body 1 for storing noodle dough W therein a nozzle body 10 detachably provided on one end of the cylindrical body 1 and having many small holes 14 for molding noodle strings Wa formed therein and an extrusion body 20 for extruding the noodle dough W stored in the cylindrical body 1. A covering part 2 is provided on the other end of the cylindrical body 1, a rod 22 passing through a through hole of the covering part 2 is provided in the extrusion body 20, and a seal part 30 for sealing an interval between the through hole and the rod 22.
