In particular, provided herein are devices comprising a compound that selectively decreasing smooth muscle cell proliferation without a substantial decrease in endothelial cell proliferation. Also provided are methods of using such devices to treat, prevent, or reduce vascular disease or the likelihood of restenosis following angioplasty.
