PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the antihypertensive therapy in many medical facilities by dispensing with delicate design of an entry blocking member for every patient in treating the aortic dissection classified as the De Bakey IIIa type or the De Bakey IIIb type by the antihypertensive therapy.SOLUTION: The treatment instrument for the aortic dissection is composed of a thin film-like blocking member 2 and a fixing member 3 for fixing the blocking member 2 to the inner membrane tissue of the arch aorta. The blocking member 2 is tubular to be inserted into a position to cover the entry of the arch aorta. The entry is blocked by letting the blood in a true lumen flow inside the blocking member 2 and deforming the blocking member 2 along the peripheral edge of the entry of the inner membrane tissue with the pressure of the blood, and bringing into contact with the entry.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】DeBakeyIIIa型及びDeBakeyIIIb型に分類される大動脈解離を降圧療法により治療する場合に、エントリーの閉塞部材を患者毎に細かくデザインする必要をなくし、降圧療法を多くの医療施設で行えるようにする。【解決手段】薄い膜状の閉塞部材2と、この閉塞部材2を弓部大動脈の内膜組織に固定する固定部材3とで大動脈解離用治療具を構成する。閉塞部材2を筒状に形成して、弓部大動脈のエントリーを覆う位置まで挿入する。閉塞部材2内に真腔の血液を流し、この血液の圧力により閉塞部材2を内膜組織のエントリー周縁に沿うように変形させて接触させ、エントリーを閉塞する。【選択図】図1
