The cylinder has continuous grooves (12) along in the axial direction, parallel to the longitudinal axis and is enclosed on the in the outlet side of the reservoir, by an axial relocatable masking device that covers a discharge opening (20). An injector gate is provided on the discharge area of the dosing cylinder, in a guiding line, between a fan and a dispenser.
