Independent claims are included for: (1) a composition comprising the combination of the monosaccharide comprising mannose and/or rhamnose and the additional compound comprising ascorbic acid or its analogue, where the composition is devoid of a combination of xylitol and mannitol； and (2) a device comprising the association of the monosaccharide comprising mannose, and/or rhamnose and the additional compound comprising ascorbic acid or its analog, where the device is adapted to inject intraepidermal, intradermal and/or subcutaneously.
