PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tying trap that eliminates the need of leaving the trap on the ground and digging a hole when setting the tying trap, is safe and facilitates tying, and does not tie a hunting dog by setting up a tackle thread highly.SOLUTION: A pipe end of a pull-spring 2 internally equipped in a pipe is retained by a pipe spring retaining bolt 11, and wire 1 of an opposite side is retained by a wire retaining bolt 11. The wire 1 inserted in the pipe is pulled against a spring, and an inversion stopper 8 mounted to the wire 1 is drawn, and then the pipe 3 is pressed to be pushed into a lock 9 at the tip of a flip-up spring 4. A tackle thread connected to a flip-up key 10 is set up at any height, and the flip-up spring 4 is flipped when the flip-up key 10 is drawn upward by the contact of game. The lock 9 of the inversion stopper 8 comes off when the end side of a tying ring part 7 rises by a length of the inversion stopper 8, and the inversion stopper 8 and the wire 1 fixed thereto are drawn in the pipe at a stretch by a tensioning pull-spring 2, and thereby a tying ring part 7 is reduced in a diameter to tie a beast leg.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】括りワナを仕掛ける場合に地面に静置して穴を掘る必要が無く、安全でかけ易く、仕掛け糸を高く張って猟犬を括らない括りワナの提供。【解決手段】パイプに内装する引きバネ2をパイプバネ留めボルト11でパイプ端方を、その反対側のワイヤ-1をワイヤ-留めボルト11で留め置く。パイプ内に挿通するワイヤ-1をバネに抗して引き、ワイヤ-1に取り付けた倒立ストッパ-8を引き出しパイプ3を押し付けて跳ね上げバネ4の先端にある係止9に押し込む。跳ね上げキ-10に結ぶ仕掛け糸を任意高さに張り獲物の接触で跳ね上げキ-10が上方に引かれると跳ね上げバネ4が弾く。括り輪部7端方が倒立ストッパー8長さ分上昇すると倒立ストッパ-8の係止9が外れ、緊張する引きバネ2により一気に倒立ストッパ-8とこれに固定するワイヤ-1がパイプ内に引き込まれ括り輪部7が縮径して獣脚を括る。【選択図】図1
