PURPOSE: A vibrating stimulator for a plaster cast is provided to prevent or delay the myoatrophy by applying the vibration to muscles around the wounded area. CONSTITUTION: A vibrating stimulator for a plaster cast comprises the following: a body(11) with plural vent holes(11a), located in between the plaster cast and the wounded area, and produced with natural or artificial latex； plural vibrators(12) attached to the wounded area for applying the vibration, and arranged on the bottom of the body with the fixed pattern； plural electric wires stored inside the body, and connected to each vibrator； an electric wire terminal(14) connected to the electric wires； Velcro tapes(15) attached to both ends of the body for combining the ends； and a vibrating stimulation controller(16) supplying vibration power to the vibrators using the electric wire terminal, and controlling the intensity of the vibration applied to the wounded area.본 발명은 깁스용 진동자극장치에 관한 것으로, 깁스와 깁스가 고정되는 환부 사이에 배치되고, 몸체는 실리콘 혹은 천연 라텍스나 인조 라텍스 재질의 패드 형상으로 제작되며, 몸체의 바닥면이 환부와 밀착되고, 환부에 부착되어 진동 자극을 가하는 복수의 진동자가 몸체의 바닥면에 다양한 패턴(분산된 점형, 원형, 타원형, 방사상형, 직선형, 사선형 등등)으로 배치되어 있으며, 몸체의 내부에 각각의 진동자와 연결되는 전선이 수용되어 있고, 상기 몸체의 길이 방향의 가장자리에 상기 복수의 전선이 연결된 전선 단자가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 몸체의 길이 방향 양단부는 벨크로(velcro) 테이프에 의해 결합되고, 상기 전선 단자에는 전원 공급 기능과 진동 자극 조절 기능을 포함하는 진동자극 제어기가 연결된다.본 발명은 깁스와 깁스가 고정되는 환부 사이에 배치되어 있는 복수의 진동자를 통해 환부의 근육을 움직이게 하는 진동 자극을 가함으로써 근 위축을 방지하거나 지연시켜 근육의 기능이 퇴화하는 것을 막고, 근육이 가지는 본래의 운동 기능을 지속할 수 있도록 도와주며, 그 결과로 치료 완료 후 재활 치료 시간을 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
