The present invention relates to a seaweed stir-frying apparatus. According to the present invention, a seaweed stir-frying operation, the discharge of the stir-fried seaweed, and the cleaning of the inside of a stir-frying drum are facilitated so the stir-frying operation can be efficient and safe. The present invention includes: the stir-frying drum which is disposed in a central portion of a frame so seaweed can be stir-fried； an entrance hole which is formed in an upper portion of the stir-frying drum to allow seaweed supply and discharge； an entrance guide which is integrally formed in the entrance hole to be in close contact with a bottom surface of an opening/closing door which is disposed in an upper portion of the frame； an oil supply pipe where multiple injection holes are formed inside a rear section of the entrance hole, to supply oil to the stir-fried seaweed； multiple heaters which are disposed to generate stir-frying heat in a heating jacket provided with an insulation means on an outer circumferential surface of the stir-frying drum； a stirring shaft where multiple stirring blades are fixed in a central transverse direction in the stir-frying drum, the stirring shaft being disposed to stir the seaweed in the stir-frying drum； and a drum shaft where stirring shaft holes are formed on both sides of the stir-frying drum not to interfere with stirring shaft rotation, the drum shaft being maintained in a shaft housing which is disposed in an inner side supporter of the frame, in which the drum shaft includes a rollover means disposed in the frame, moving the drum shaft in forward and reverse directions, and converting the entrance hole toward a lower side.본 발명은 해조류를 볶는 작업과 볶음이 완료된 해조류의 배출과 볶음드럼 내부의 청소를 용이하게 할 수 있도록 함으로서 볶음작업의 효율성을 높이고 안전한 작업할 수 있도록 한 해조류 볶음장치에 관한 것으로서；프레임의 중앙부에 해조류를 볶을 수 있도록 설치하는 볶음드럼과, 상기 볶음드럼의 상부에 해조류를 공급하고 배출할 수 있도록 형성하는 출입홀과, 상기 출입홀에 일체로 형성하여 프레임 상부에 설치되는 개폐도어 저면과 밀착되는 출입가이드와, 상기 출입홀의 후방부 내측에 다수개의 분사홀을 형성하여 볶아지는 해조류로 기름을 공급하도록 설치하는
