The present invention relates to a pacemaker electrode lead. The pacemaker electrode lead includes a metal conductive core and a carbon nanotube film. The metal conductive core and the carbon nanotube film are insulative with each other. An end of the pacemaker electrode lead remains uncovered. The carbon nanotube film including a plurality of carbon nanotubes oriented along an extension direction of the metal conductive core.
