The present invention improves the structure of a wire cord of a snare for medical treatment to improve the operability for a torsional force produced while rotating the wire cord and a reaction force produced thereby, and to prevent bending while inserting the wire cord into a large intestine. A wire structure of a snare for medical treatment according to the present invention comprises a wire cord having the back-end connected to an operating part which basically forms the snare for medical treatment, having a snare part for capture and resection of tissue such as a polypus at the fore-end, and being held inside a tube to rotate and move forward and backward, and the wire cord comprises: a core wire having the fore-end connected to the snare part and a plurality of spring members wound in both forward and reverse directions at the outer circumference of the core wire.본 발명은 의료용 스네어의 와이어코드의 구조를 개선하여 회전 동작시 발생되는 비틀림력과 이로 인해 발생되는 반력에 대한 조작성을 향상시킴과 아울러, 대장 내부로 진입되는 과정에서 꺾임 현상이 발생되지 않도록 한다.본 발명에 따른 의료용 스네어의 와이어 구조체는, 후단부가 의료용 스네어를 구성하는 기본적인 구성인 조작부와 연결되고 선단부에 용종 등의 조직을 포획 및 절제하기 위한 올가미부가 마련되고 튜브 내부에 수용되어 회전 및 전,후진 동작되는 와이어 코드를 가지며, 와이어코드는 선단부에 상기 올가미부가 연결되는 심선과, 상기 심선의 외주면에 정,역방향의 양방향 구조로 권취된 복수의 스프링부재로 구성된다.
