PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure yield, and to reduce cost in seedling and labor for work of seedling and conveying a seedling without changing an intrarow by a speed changer for an intrarow on the basis of a different viewpoint from sparse planting, in seedling work.SOLUTION: In a method of sowing and seedling, seeds 203 are sowed in culture material 202 housed in a seedling box 200, and a seedling mat 207 is formed in the seedling box 200 by root spread of a seedling 205.
