A rotary toothbrush includes a handle member to be held by a user a head member having bristles and connected to the handle member a tilting member, provided on the head member, for tilting upwardly the head member at a predetermined angle a rotating member, provided on the handle member and the head member, for rotating the head member with respect to the handle member so that the head member is arranged in a T-shape with respect to the handle member and a driving member for driving the head member to rotate and tilt the head member.
