PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter equipped with an apparatus performing both of taking out of seedlings and planting thereof by relatively simple constitution.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is transporting a seedling tray A supplied from a seedling tray supply port 4a in the upper part of a tray guide 4 with the tray guide 4, nipping the seedlings in the seedling tray A with tips of a pair of seedling planting disks 9 and 9 rotating in the direction of an arrow F, rotating the pair of seedling planting disks 9 and 9 in the direction of the arrow F toward a field, planting the nipped seedling in a field, releasing the seedling on the field surface, thereby performing the seedling planting, detouring an empty tray B after supplying the seedlings in a U turn shape to a delivery port 4b formed on the front side or the rear side of the supply port 4a and delivering the empty tray B.
