The present invention relates to a rapidly acting cell death-inducing peptide, and more particularly, to a peptide that causes apoptosis, consisting of 16 amino acids, including the MTD portion, derived from the Noxa protein. It was named eMTD (extended MTD) because it contained an MTD portion consisting of 10 amino acids.
