Systems and methods for loading suture structures onto soft tissue grafts with graft assemblies. The graft assembly includes a frame having an opening extending between the proximal end and the distal end. The frame has a wall where the first side extends to the first edge and the second side extends to the second edge. The lumen extends between the first side and the second side and a plurality of channels extend through the wall between the first edge and the second edge.
