PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for radioactive substance storage container and a manufacturing method thereof and a structure, wherein a radioactive substance storage container is stably supported for long term.SOLUTION: A frame for radioactive substance storage container is provided with a main body of frame 51, a tubular support part 52 which is provided at an upper surface of the main body of frame 51 and can be penetrated by a small diameter part 12a, a thermal insulation part 53 which is provided at the upper surface of the main body of frame 51 and inside of the tubular support part 52, and a cooling part having a support side 57 as a heating surface which is provided at the tubular support part 52 and can contact with the small diameter part 12a and an upper surface 58 as a heat radiation surface not contacting with the small diameter part 12a.
