To provide a catheter that inhibits formation of air bubbles.SOLUTION: A catheter 10 comprises a sheath 12 surrounding an inner lumen. The inner lumen 14 is configured to receive a fluid. The sheath 12 includes a sheath portion that comprises a hydrophilic material, where the hydrophilic material is in direct contact with the fluid.
