An insertion location of an ear is constantly maintained even when a size of the ear of an animal varies according to a type of the animal, so that it is possible to photograph an image of veins in the same area, thereby improving accuracy and reliability of the photographed image of veins. A size of opening of an insertion opening, inserted into the ear of an animal, can be adjusted so that it is possible to guide an insertion location into the ear of an animal, and thus, it is possible to photograph the image of veins in the same area. A hair guide means is provided to guide hairs on the ear of an animal to an outer direction, thereby preventing interference with photographing caused by the hairs when an inner surface of the ear is photographed.
