The compounds are suitable, for example, for treating diabetes, because they effect increased insulin release by activating the GPR40 receptor.Linvention concerne des dérivés dacide (2-aryloxy-acétylamino)-phényl- propionique substitués de la formule I, et leurs sels physiologiquement compatibles. Ces composés sont appropriés, par exemple, pour traiter le diabète car ils provoquent une libération dinsuline accrue par lactivation du récepteur GPR40.
