If the site of interest is not detected, a binning process is carried out, the range of incident angles of radiation is set to a small range of incident angles, and first tomosynthesis photography is carried out. Furthermore, a tomographic image generating unit of an image processing device generates a low-resolution tomographic image from photographed projection images, and an image display instruction unit causes a display device to display the tomographic image.
