This invention relates to a system for inducing body imbalance capable of inducing, between a virtual space and a real space, a subject to unexpectedly show an unbalanced posture close to reality. The system comprises an obstacle unit, a virtual reality display unit, a detection unit, and a processing unit. The obstacle unit is used for changing the body posture of the subject in the real space, making the subject transform from a body balanced posture into a body unbalanced posture. The virtual reality display unit forms the virtual space. The detection unit detects the body posture of the subject to output the detection information and the virtual reality display unit selectively displays a plurality of images according to the detection information. The processing unit executes calculation programs to confirm that the body posture belongs to a body balanced posture, a body unbalanced posture, or a posture already in contact with the obstacle unit.
