The present invention provides a red tide damage removing method including a step of pumping up water in a low layer portion below a surface layer portion where red tide is active in a fishing nursery where the red tide occurs so that the red tide is pushed out from the fishing nursery and a step of increasing a dissolved oxygen by supplying oxygen or air with a gas dissolution device to the surface layer portion of the fishing nursery from which the red tide has been pushed out.
