The invention relates to synthetic peptides derived from the C-terminal of the isoform of the CETP protein, called CETPI, that have the capacity to be molecules blocking the cytotoxic effect induced by lipopolysaccharides both in vitro and in vivo. The invention also relates to immunoenzymatic methods for detecting and quantifying the CETPI protein, using the polyclonal anti-CETPI A481-P491 antibody allowing the control and verification of the blocking of the cytotoxic effect of the polysaccharides.La presente invención provee de péptidos sintéticos, derivados del C-terminal de la isoforma de la proteína CETP, denominada como CETPI, que tienen la capacidad de ser moléculas bloqueadoras del efecto citotóxico inducido por lipopolisácáridos tanto in vitro como in vivo. Así mismo, provee de métodos inmunoenzimáticos para poder detectar y cuantificar a la proteína CETPI utilizando el anticuerpo policlonal anti-CETPI A481-P491 permitiendo controlar y verificar el bloqueo del efecto citotóxico de los polisacáridos.La présente invention concerne des peptides synthétiques, dérivés du domaine C-terminal de lisoforme de la protéine CETP, appelé CETPI, qui ont la capacité dêtre des molécules bloquant leffet cytotoxique induit par des lipopolysaccharides in vitro et in vivo. Linvention concerne également des méthodes immuno-enzymatiques pour pouvoir détecter et quantifier la protéine CETPI au moyen de lanticorps polyclonal anti-CETPI A481-P491, ce qui permet de contrôler et de vérifier le blocage de leffet cytotoxique des polysaccharides.
