PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable nurse call master unit which can be notified of the details of a call from a nurse call slave unit even when the master unit is in use.SOLUTION: A nurse call master unit 6 acquires a call image including patient information correlated with identification information included in a call signal from an image database and stores it in a prescribed location of an image server 11. If an IP mobile phone 10 receives a tone signal when a handheld slave unit 1 and the IP mobile phone 10 are communicating, the call image stored in the prescribed location of the image server 11 is taken out to display it on a monitor screen.
