The present invention relates to a composition of soap for scalp care, which supplies sufficient nutrients to hair roots and follicle to delay hair loss time. The present invention contains: 50-75.7 wt% of palm oil which is a base of the soap； 13-20 wt% of moisture composed of one selected from purified water, softened water, and rice water resulted from rinsing the rice twice to four times after washing the rice at least once； 4-10 wt% of plant oil composed of one selected from or a mixture of Sophora flavescens, houttuynia cordata, Portulaca oleracea, and Oenothera tetraptera； 2-6 wt% of mineral calcium made by burning oyster shell into powder at 900-1,300°C； 4-10 wt% of one selected from or a mixture of camellia oil and olive oil； 1-3 wt% of hardwood vinegar of one selected from a group composed of bamboo hardwood vinegar and oak tree hardwood vinegar； and 0.3-1.0 wt% of fullerene.본 발명은 두피 건강용 비누의 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명은, 비누의 기재인 야자유 50~75.7 중량%, 정제수, 연수, 적어도 1회 쌀을 세척 후 2회 내지 4회 헹굼을 끝낸 쌀 헹굼 수 중 선택된 어느 일 군으로 이루어진 수분 13~20 중량%,고삼, 어성초, 마치현, 달맞이꽃으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 내지 그 혼합물로 이루어진 식물유 4~10 중량%, 굴 껍데기를 900℃~1,300℃의 온도로 태워 가루를 만든 미네랄 칼슘 2~6 중량%, 동백유, 올리브 오일로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 내지 그 혼합물로 이루어진 4~10 중량%, 대나무 목초액, 참나무 목초액으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 목초액 1~3 중량%, 및 플러린 0.3~1.0 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
