A juicer for shredding, pressing or crushing fruits, vegetables, leaves or roots is described. The juicer is designed such that fruits do not need to be chopped up before being disintegrated or homogenised. The juicer comprises a container (100) having a juice outlet (101)； a sieve, grill or net (200) positioned inside the container (100)； a screw (300) for extracting the juice of a material by being positioned inside the net (200). The screw or worm is frusto-conical in shape, narrowing in an upward direction and including helical fins or blades that become more closely spaced in a downward direction. The screw also becomes closer to the wall of the juicer in a downward direction. The juicer also has a crushing process part (600) which is connected to the slot (410), wherein the crushing process part (600) is recessed on the lower side of the cover (400) so as to accommodate the crushing part (500) therein.
