PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planting device that is improved in durability by reducing the drop in pressure of an internal air of a rotary case and a planting case, and thereby prevent sludge and muddy water from invading.SOLUTION: A seedling planting device 40 disposed in a planting transmission case 21 includes a drive shaft 35, a rotary case 41, and a planting case 42. The planting case 42 includes a planting claw 43 and a push rod 58, and the planting transmission case 21, the rotary case 41 and the planting case 42 are sealed and shielded.
