The present invention relates to a technique about an integrated dental implant implanted to the bone of a body, and specifically, to a technique for increasing initial fixation force and prolonging the life of an implant by creating a cortical bone within an implant fixture. More particularly, the present invention relates to the technique about the integrated dental implant, which comprises: an abutment which is located at an upper portion based on the height of gum and to which teeth are fixed； and a fixture located at a lower portion based on the height of gum and having a screw thread formed on the outer wall, wherein a cut section for cutting the fixture into two or three stages is formed inside the fixture.본 발명은 신체의 뼈에 식립되는 일체형 타입의 치과용 임플란트 기술에 관한 것으로, 임플란트 고정체 내부에 피질골을 생성함으로써 초기고정력을 증가시키고 임플란트의 수명을 연장하기 위한 기술에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 잇몸 높이를 기준으로 상부에 위치하며, 치아가 고정되는 지대주, 잇몸 높이를 기준으로 하부에 위치하며 외벽에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 고정체를 포함하고, 고정체의 내부에는 고정체를 2단 또는 3단으로 절개하는 절개부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기술이다.
