هذا الإختراع موجه إلى بديل مبتكر إلى أمين رباعي هيدروبيرانز لصيغة بنائيه I والتي هي مثبطات لإنزيم الببتيديز ثنائي الببتيد الرابع و المفيد في المعالجة أو الوقاية من أمراض التي تشمل على إنزيم الببتيديز ثنائي الببتيد الرابع, مثل مرض السكري و خاصة السكري من نوع 2. و الإختراع كذلك موجه إلى تراكيب دوائية تشتمل على تلك المركبات و إستخدام تلك المركبات و التراكيب في الوقاية أو علاج مثل الأمراض التي ترتبط لإنزيم الببتيديز ثنائي الببتيد الرابع.The present invention is directed to novel substituted aminotetrahydropyrans of structural formula I which are inhibitors of the dipeptidyl peptidase-IV enzyme and which are useful in the treatment or prevention of diseases in which the dipeptidyl peptidase-IV enzyme is involved, such as diabetes and particularly Type 2 diabetes. The invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and the use of these compounds and compositions in the prevention or treatment of such diseases in which the dipeptidyl peptidase-IV enzyme is involved.
