PURPOSE: A toothpaste composition containing abrasive, wetting agent, binder, and Meles meles oil is provided to prevent periodontitis and gingivitis. CONSTITUTION: A toothpaste composition contains 0.5-4.0 weight% of Meles meles oil. The composition contains calcium monohydrogen phosphate, calcium carbonate, and aluminum hydroxide as an abrasive. The composition also contains glycerine, sorbitol solution, and amorphous sorbitol solution as a wetting agent. The composition further contains sodium alkyl sulfate, laurylsodium sulfate, sugar fatty acid ester, and sorbitan fatty acid ester as a foaming agent. A method for isolating Meles meles oil comprises: a step of isolating subcutaneous fat from Meles meles； a step of dissolving the subcutaneous fat at a certain temperature and collecting in a container； and a step of purifying with a filter.본 발명은 연마제, 습윤제, 결합제, 향료 및 오소리 기름을 함유하는 치약조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에서 치약조성물은 그 총중량에 대해서 오소리 기름을 0.5~4.0 중량%를 함유한다.
