The invention discloses the method and medium for culturing Antrodia cinnamomea. The method includes steps of: (1) obtaining a slice of fruiting bodies from white Antrodia cinnamomea; (2) incubating to obtain an isolated white strain; (3) regulating and screening the medium compositions; (4) controlling the environmental condition. The culture medium of white Antrodia cinnamomea comprises potato dextrose broth (PDB) having the concentration of 2%-4%(w/v), malt extract having the concentration of 2%-4%(w/v), amino acid having the concentration of 0.1%-0.3%(w/v), agar having the concentration of 0.5-0.6%(w/v) and a composition of sucrose having the concentration of 5%-7%(w/v). The controlling of environmental condition includes: (1) low temperature inducing range form 4℃ to 15℃; (2) wound inducing by using blade or needle to make 1-2cm wound; (3) light wave inducing compose of red light and blue light, and the light intensity is range from 5μmol/S.m2to 20μmol/S.m2. The white fruiting bodies of Antrodia cinnamomea cultured by the present method contain target components the same as the ones of wood cultured Antrodia cinnamomea and some different components.本發明係揭露一種用以培養白色牛樟芝子實體之培養方法及其培養基,該培養方法包括以下步驟:(1)自一白色牛樟芝子實體取得一子實層切片;(2)白色牛樟芝菌種純化;(3)培養基調配與篩選;(4)白色牛樟芝生長環境調控。白色牛樟芝子實體的培養基之成份包括馬鈴薯葡萄糖抽出物(potato dextrose broth,PDB),其濃度為2~4%(w/v),小麥抽出物(Malt extract),其濃度為2~4%(w/v),胺基酸(amino acids),其濃度為0.1~0.3%(w/v),瓊脂(agar),其濃度為0.5~0.6%(w/v),蔗糖(sucrose),其濃度5~7%(w/v)。而其生長環境調控包括(1)低溫刺激溫度範圍4℃至15℃(2)刀傷刺激培養其中以刀片或針頭在白色牛樟芝製造一個一個1~2公分傷痕(3)光線刺激培養其中該光照環境乃選自由紅光及藍光所組成之群,且該光照環境之照光強度係為5μmol/S.m2至20μmol/S.m2。應用此培養方法所得到之白色牛樟芝子實體具有與椴木培養的牛樟芝子實體相同之指標性成分及不同之其他成份。
