PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bean and sweet potato soup and bean and sweet potato soup are provided to keep advantages of soups and nutrition of raw sweet potatoes.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bean and sweet potato soup comprises the following steps: preparing purple sweet potato, line bean, and glutinous rice flour peeling the purple sweet potato and soaking the line beans for 12 hours steaming the line beans in water for 40 minutes and boiling the purple sweet potato with water crushing the purple sweet potato and boiling after adding proper amount of water and line beans gradually boiling while adding glutinous rice flower little by little and stirring seasoning by adding honey, sugar, and salt when the glutinous rice flour is ripen and storing the completed bean and sweet potato soup by putting into a container and freezing.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
