PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter system which can perform an appropriate irrigation operation.SOLUTION: A catheter system 5 includes: an ablation catheter 1 having an irrigation mechanism a power supply section 32 which supplies power to the ablation catheter 1 in an ablation a liquid supply section 21 which supplies liquid for irrigation to the ablation catheter 1 and a control section 35. The control section 35 controls operation to be large flow rate operation in a high power state where actual measurement power Pm in the ablation is a threshold power Pth or higher, and controls operation to be small flow rate operation in a low power state where the actual measurement power Pm is lower than the threshold power Pth. Moreover, when the low power state is shifted to the high power state, the control section 35 quickly switches the small flow rate operation to the large flow rate operation.
