According to the present invention, the cover coupling device in bodily fluid injectors comprises: a cover supply part supplying a cover after aligning the same； a conveyer including a holder accommodated while an inlet of the bodily fluid injector faces upwards； a cover coupling part transferring the cover supplied from the cover supply part by vacuum-adsorbing the same and then coupling the cover to a body inlet of the bodily fluid injector； and a transfer part transferring the bodily fluid injector to which the cover is coupled in the cover coupling part.본 발명에 따른 체내 액체 투여기의 커버 결합 장치는, 커버를 정렬하여 공급하는 커버공급부, 체내 액체 투여기의 주입구가 상부로 향하도록 수용되는 홀더가 구비되는 컨베이어, 커버공급부로부터 공급되는 커버를 진공흡착하여 이송하고, 체내 액체 투여기의 몸체 주입구에 결합하는 커버결합부 및 커버결합부에서 커버가 결합된 체내 액체 투여기를 송출하는 송출부를 포함한다.
