The disclosure relates to antibodies or antigen binding fragments that specifically bind to CXCR4 and inhibit the biological activity of CXCR4 and uses of such agents. More specifically the disclosure relates to fully human antibodies or antigen binding fragments directed to CXCR4 that specifically bind to CXCR4 and uses of these antibodies. Aspects of the disclosure also relate to hybridomas or other cell lines expressing such antibodies.
