Disclosed is an elasticity detection device, comprising a processor (1), an imaging apparatus (2), an ultrasonic transducer (3) and a puncturing apparatus (4). The ultrasonic transducer (3) is connected to the processor (1), used to detect and obtain morphology feature information about a tissue and elasticity feature information about the tissue. The imaging apparatus (2) is connected to the processor (1), used to obtain, under the control of the processor (1), a morphology image and an elasticity image of the tissue respectively according to the morphology feature information and the elasticity feature information, and fuse and display the elasticity image in the morphology image. The puncturing apparatus (4) is connected to the processor (1), used to determine a puncturing position according to guidance of the fused image, and puncture the tissue for sampling. By means of the elasticity detection device, elasticity feature information and morphology feature information about a tissue can be obtained, thus jointly providing guidance for positioning of a puncturing position according to superposition and fusion of an elasticity image and a morphology image, and a lesion tissue can be accurately positioned, thereby greatly improving the reliability of puncturing biopsy.
