Disclosed is a method for treating a patient having HER2-positive, HER2-amplified and/or HER2-mutant advanced cancer by administration of pertuzumab plus trastuzumab. In one aspect, the cancer is advanced HER2-positive, HER2-amplified and/or HER2-mutant large intestine, biliary tract, bladder, urothelium, saliva, lung, pancreas, ovary, prostate, or skin cancer.
