PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure having sufficient impact strength even by penetrating a pipe through a glass plate.SOLUTION: Two ring elastic gaskets 8, 9 made of a gel sheet and having diameters larger than a diameter of a circular through-hole are placed outside of the glass plate 3 at an outer circumference of the circular through-hole and inside of a rigid elastic resin plate at the outer circumference of the through-hole. A male pipe joint 10 is formed in a manner that a male screw pipe 10b capable of passing through the through-hole is protruded from a flange 10a, and a female pipe joint 11 has a female screw pipe 11a having a flange 11b in which the male screw pipe can be screwed. The flange 11b is closely contacted with the ring elastic gasket 8, the male screw pipe is inserted into the through-hole 6 interposing a sliding washer 12 between the flange 10a and the ring elastic gasket 9, and the male pipe joint is rotated while coinciding the tip end of the male screw pipe with the female screw pipe 11a to clamp the glass plate and the rigid elastic resin plate from both sides through the ring elastic gaskets 8, 9.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】配管をガラス板に貫通させても衝撃に対し十分な強度を持つ配管構造の提供。【解決手段】ゲルシートにより円形透孔よりも大径に形成された2つの環状弾性パッキン8,9をガラス板3の外面で前記円形透孔の外周部および硬質弾性樹脂板の内面で貫通孔の外周部にそれぞれ配置し、雄型管継手10は貫通孔を貫通し得る雄螺子管部10bがフランジ部10aから突出するように形成されたものであり、雌型管継手11はフランジ部11b内に雄螺子管部が螺入し得る雌螺子管部11aが形成されたものであり、フランジ部11bを環状弾性パッキン8に密着させると共に、フランジ部10aと環状弾性パッキン9との間に滑動用ワッシャー12を介在させて雄螺子管部を貫通孔6に貫挿し、雄螺子管部の先端を雌螺子管部11aに合致させて雄型管継手を回転させることで、ガラス板と硬質弾性樹脂板とを両側から環状弾性パッキン8,9を介し挟着する。【選択図】図1
