A motor (19) drives in rotation the massaging unit around a rotation axis (X) relative to the body. A conduit (5) fluidly communicates with an outlet (11) of the recipient and the massaging unit. The recipient is arranged relative to the body in order to form a gripping unit for the assembly. The conduit is connected to an outlet of a distribution valve (9) of the recipient.
