PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet solid cosmetic manufacturing apparatus that can easily improve the suction efficiency and can improve the appearance of solid cosmetics.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 1 produces a solid cosmetic by filling a slurry cosmetic C into a cosmetic dish 10 through a filling hole 10A formed on the bottom face of the cosmetic dish 10 and solidifying it. The manufacturing apparatus 1 has a filling machine 2 for filling the cosmetic C into the cosmetic dish 10 and a suction head 3 for blocking an opening on the surface of the cosmetic dish 10 and aspirating and removing a volatile solvent contained in the cosmetic C when the cosmetic C is filled. The suction head 3 forms a porous rigid body in a rectangular plate shape with the same shape of lower and upper faces as the opening on the cosmetic dish 10.
