PURPOSE: A foldable fishing holder is provided to fully wrap and fix a fishing rod, and to couple to the fishing rod and easily separate the fishing rod from the fishing holder. CONSTITUTION: A foldable fishing holder includes: a holding part on which a fishing rod is mounted； a holding means(100) which includes a pipe type holding hoop, which is coupled to the outer surface of fishing rod, on the upper portion of the holding part； a fixing means(200) which is installed at the lower portion of the holding part and supports the holing means； and a detaching means(300) which fixes a holding jaw, which is formed at the lower part of the holding hoop, on one end of the holding part, and attaches and detaches the holding hoop to the holding part. The holding means are prepared in a pair and spaced each other based on the fixing means, and include a horizontal axis which is penetrated and coupled to the upper portion of fixing means, a pair of rotating shafts which are rotatable by being coupled to the horizontal axis, and a folding means(400) which consists of a pair of tightening parts which restrict the rotation of rotating shaft.본 발명은 접철 가능한 낚시용 거치대에 관한 것으로, 낚시대가 안착되는 거치부와, 상기 거치부의 상부에는 낚시대의 외표면에 결합되는 관형의 걸림구가 포함된 거치수단과, 상기 거치수단 하부에 구비되어 거치수단을 지지하는 고정수단과, 상기 거치부의 일단에는 상기 걸림구의 하부에 형성된 걸림턱을 고정시켜 상기 걸림구를 상기 거치부에 탈부착하는 탈착수단으로 구성되되, 상기 거치수단은 상기 고정수단을 중심으로 서로 이격되게 한 쌍으로 구비되고, 상기 고정수단 상부에 관통되어 결합되는 수평축과, 상기 수평축과 상기 거치수단 사이를 결합하되 상기 수평축과 핀 결합되어 회전 가능한 한 쌍의 회전축 및 상기 수평축 외주면에 결합되어 상기 회전축의 회전을 제한하는 한 쌍의 조임구로 구성되는 접철수단이 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접철 가능한 낚시용 거치대에 관한 것이다.
