PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hot water within a tank from being mixed with hot water guided into the lower part of the tank from a water heater to be able to minimize the tank of a hot-water feeder in size for use in hot-water sterilization of a cleaning device as much as possible.SOLUTION: The hot-water feeder 40 of the cleaning device 10 is configured so that the hot water supplied through a hot-water pipe 42 is led into the lower part of the tank 41 through a guide 43 with the hot water, which is supplied into the tank 41 through the hot-water pipe 42, intensively heated with a heater 44, and the hot water spilling out of an overflow pipe 46 is sent to a water storage part when the water level is raised within the tank 41 by the led hot water. As a stirring suppressive means which restrains the hot water in the lower part of the tank 41 from rising by stirrings with the hot water led into the lower part of the tank 41 through the lower-end opening 43c of the guide 43, the lower part of the guide 43 arranged vertically along one side of the tank 41 is bent toward the other side of the tank 41 so that the lower-end opening 43c of the guide 43 is directed toward the other side of the tank.
