The deformation suppression means (20) is composed of a sheet member that is fixed to the first waist region (14), and has at least one convex bend part (71) which arches outward from the first waist region (14) by the elastic region of the first waist region (14) being contracted, with a space which extends in a longitudinal direction (Y) being formed between the first waist region (14) and the convex bend part (71).
