An ultrasound analysis apparatus is provided, comprising a channel module, a probe module, a control unit and a memory unit. The probe module includes a therapeutic ultrasound transducer and a plural of analysis ultrasound transducers. The channel module includes a therapeutic channel and a plural of imaging channels. The control unit controls the control channel module and the probe module according to the control program. The control unit controls any of the channels to generate transmission signals, and controls the corresponding emission signals to emit.
