A medical perforation device (200) comprising: a housing (210) comprising a portable portion (210, 362, 364, 214, 212) near a proximal end of the housing and a distal end; an axially driven rod that extends through a region of the housing between the proximal and distal ends and that engages an axially driven motor (230); a rotary drive rod that extends through a region of the housing between the proximal and distal ends and that engages a rotatable drive motor (260) configured to rotate the rotatable drive rod about a longitudinal axis of the rotary drive rod; a work tool (310) interchangeably connected to the rotary drive rod by means of a coupler (290) and configured to rotate with the rotatable drive rod about the longitudinal axis of the rotatable drive rod; an assembly of drilling guides coupled to the axially driven rod and comprising a drilling guide (370) surrounding the work tool, a front surface guide (302) and a rear surface guide (300), wherein a distal region of the front surface guide is coupled to the drilling guide and a proximal region of the front surface guide is coupled to the rear surface guide, and wherein the rear surface guide is coupled to the axial drive rod; a transducer connected by an interface to the axial drive rod; and an electronic circuit packing in electronic communication with the transducer, wherein the electronic circuits are configured to control the activation of the axial drive motor to cause the axial drive rod to drive the drilling guide assembly in an axial direction towards the proximal end of the housing while the work tool remains axially fixed along the longitudinal axis, thereby showing a portion of the work tool beyond the distal end of the drill guide available to couple an objective fabric, characterized because, the surface guides each have two or more axially extending arms and provide support to withstand a load during the operation of the device.Un dispositivo médico de perforación (200) que comprende: una car
