The technical solution relates to medical equipment, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the construction of transosseous osteosynthesis devices designed to replace a bone defect by dosed displacement of a bone fragment. The device contains an intermediate support, which is made in the form of a segment of a flat ring with holes . A threaded sleeve is installed in the central hole of the intermediate support, guide bushings are installed in the extreme holes, the remaining holes are used to install screw rods. Guide rods, threaded at the ends, are passed through the guide bushings. The central part of the guide rods is equipped with a contrasting color scale. A threaded distraction rod made with a threaded thread containing the drive and support ends is passed through the threaded sleeve. The drive end is designed to be mounted on a proximal support, a thrust shoulder and a drive element for transmitting torque are made on the drive end of the distraction rod. The support end is mounted in the support sleeve. The supporting sleeve contains a spring retainer, a threaded shank with nuts and a recess for entering the supporting end of the distraction rod. There are longitudinal channels at the abutment end of the distraction rod for contact with the spring retainer of the abutment sleeve. The drive element for transmitting torque is made in the form of a multifaceted end section, on which a cubic head is fitted, equipped with a spring clip and contrasting marks on the faces. The spring clip 27 and 32 is made in the form of a metal ball 38 installed in the through hole 39, tapering 40 from one end. The ball 38 partially protrudes from the through hole 39 from the side of the tapering end 40, and from the opposite end of the through hole the ball abuts against the spring ring 41, the spring ring 41 being located in the annular groove 42.
