PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keratin remover in which the blade can be fixed with metals mutually from the front and rear of a molding, without having a possibility of falling and, integrated with a freely rotatable structure, precisely catching only the hard keratin, in which removed bits are accumulated in a recess like a pot bottom on a concave face and collected without being scattered around, and in which strength of the handle is increased by a metallic insert component or a metallic cover, so that durability of the keratin remover is remarkably superior, with a phenomenon of breakage disappearing.SOLUTION: A tapered part of the blade is improved, with a hollow on the concave face of a hyperbolic curve taken into account, and with a structure of totally rubbing off hard keratin added. The concave hollow is made from the tip end of the blade to the center of the blade, with a screw hole drilled in the center of the lowest part. Also, a flange is prepared in the pedestal part of the blade, reinforcing stability and strength, with the blade fixed using a fastening screw from the rear side of the handle for joining the blade.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】刃は成形品の表裏から金属同士で固定でき、脱落の恐れもなく、回転自在に動く構造と一体となって、的確に硬い角質だけを捉え、また、取ったかすが凹面上の鍋底のような窪みにたまり、飛び散らずに収集でき、かつ金属のインサート部品や金属のカバーによって、柄の強度も増し、角質取りの耐久性は格段にすぐれ、折れるという現象も無くなる角質取りを提供する。【解決手段】刃のテーパー部位を改良し、双曲線状の凹面のくりぬきを加味し、硬い角質をねこそぎこすりとる構造を加味し,刃の先端から刃の中央部に凹面状にくりぬきを入れて、最下部の中央部分にねじ穴をあけて、かつ刃の台座部分にフランジをつけて、安定性と強度を強化し、刃を接合する柄の裏側から固定できるビスにて刃を固定する。【選択図】図2
