The present invention relates to a method for coloring the egg white after peeling the eggshells from eggs using an eggshell peeling apparatus, and an egg white-colored egg prepared by using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the egg white coloring method is used to color the egg white of the eggs having the egg yolk arranged in the center through a predetermined process in various colors.
