FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: mucoperiosteal flaps are stripped from vestibular and oral surfaces. Subgingival dental deposits and granulation tissue are removed. A surface of dental roots is polished, and the bone bed is processed. Grooves for submucosal fixation of an encircling ligature of a woven wire of the diameter of 0.2 mm cleaned and processed before splinting are formed from the vestibular surface of the dental roots at the level of an upper one-third. That is followed by a bone grafting of the alveolar process with using a biomaterial combined with a patients platelet enriched blood plasma in a ratio of 1:3. The plastic material is covered by free periosteal autograft from grafting beds. Thereafter, the mucosal flaps are mobilised and closed at the level of the dental neck with interrupted sutures.EFFECT: by submucosal dental fixation combined with osteopalsty of the alveolar process, the method enables providing higher surgical effectiveness in severe chronic general periodontitis and preserving frontal teeth with degree III-IV of mobility, ensuring natural micromotion of the splinted teeth.1 exИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к области хирургической стоматологии, и предназначено для использования при хирургическом лечении хронического генерализованного пародонтита тяжелой степени. Проводят отслаивание слизисто-надкостничных лоскутов с вестибулярных и оральных поверхностей. Удаляют поддесневые зубные отложения и грануляционную ткань. Полируют поверхность корней зубов и обрабатывают костное ложе. С вестибулярной поверхности корней зубов на уровне верхней трети формируют бороздки для подслизистой фиксации обвивной лигатуры из плетеной титановой проволоки диаметром 0,2 мм, которую перед шинированием очищают и обрабатывают.
